Dr. Clayton Shiu is excited to announce his first live seminar in nearly two years. In this initial collaboration with the Tennessee Acupuncture Council, Dr. Shiu will bring his groundbreaking Stroke Foundations course to Chattanooga, Tennessee. He will teach the classical XNKQ stroke points, the basics of neurological needle manipulation, and an introduction to Nanopuncture®. The 2-day workshop will provide a tool kit for approaching most stroke cases.
Nanopuncture® is Dr. Shiu's unique acupuncture system that integrates Western neurological analysis, Eastern medicine knowledge of the tendinomuscular meridians of the body, and Dr. Shiu's specific neurological acupuncture techniques. The result is a new highly efficient system that can analyze where your nervous system's circulation is inhibited, as well as directly reset and reboot the patient's nervous system in various parts of the body and offer significant neurovascular circulation benefits

-Learn the original Xing Nao Kai Qiao acupuncture stroke rehabilitation system “Awaken the Spirit and Open the Orifices” created by Dr. Shi Xue Min in Tianjin, China. This incredible foundation Module will teach you the history, research and evidence based science of the XNKQ system. Participants will walk away with a complete understanding of the original protocols and have in their pocket a working and applicable system that immediately can be applied to virtually any Stroke patient.
This ground breaking workshop also teaches the basic foundations of needle manipulations and techniques that can be used not only for Stroke Rehabilitation but your common orthopedic patients. This Module is a prerequisite to gain access to participate to the other modules
